Planning your casino party

If your casino party is for fun and entertainment only (as most of the events we produce are), the sky’s the limit on what you can do – with one very important restriction. That is none of the games included can involve real gambling. What that means is you can’t risk something of value with the hope of reward, the outcome of which is largely or wholly determined by chance. In a fun-money casino party, your guests are not permitted to pay anything to play, either directly or indirectly. It’s that simple.

LOCATIONS

Casino parties for fun can be hosted almost anywhere. We’ve produced parties in locations from the mundane (warehouses filled with boxes) to the exotic (The Museum of Natural History, surrounded by cavemen and dinosaurs or cruise on Lake Erie).

THEMES

While many of our parties consider the theme of Las Vegas to be interesting in and of itself, we’ve produced many themed events as well. Themes can be seasonal (Halloween, Christmas/Holiday), Las Vegas Hotel (Caesars Palace, Luxor, Flamingo), or destination (Tropical, Old West, Monte Carlo). One memorable event featured “A Trip on the Orient Express” theme, complete with elegant decor which included a train station, and a themed grand prize – a trip on the actual Orient Express.

PRIZES

Prizes may vary in terms of size, value, and quantity – as long as the party plan or event outline is well matched to the prizes planned. We’ve done events with prizes all the way up to Porsches and Cadillacs. We’ve designed giveaways that offered chances at $100,000 prizes for only the cost of a modest insurance premium.

The quantity of prizes, number of expected guests, and method of distributing the prizes are all inter-related, and too many prizes or too few can actually be a drag on your event. Your PCI Party Planner has lots of experience with this, and will be more than happy to work with you to put together a plan to make your prizes work best with the overall party plan.

GAMES

PCI Entertainment can provide almost any casino game you can envision, and provide experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff members to operate them. Our party planners will help to craft a party plan with just the right number of games for your expected guest list, and work with both you and your venue to make sure everything for your party will fit withing the allotted space. If necessary, we can produce to-scale floor plans so we’re sure everything will fit correctly.

DECOR

At PCI Entertainment, our prop department has a one-word motto – WOW! We can dress up your party with sound, light, physical props, and people such as Las Vegas showgirls and celebrity impersonators. We gave an extensive inventory of glittering casino signage, doorway arches, and stacks of giant chips. We can provide recorded background soundtracks of slot machines and other casino ambiance. How about fully-costumed showgirls to mingle with your guests? Recorded music or live show bands? Our creativity is legendary – chances are if you can dream it, we can provide it.
